Coctelería in Barcelona : Rose's approach

Behind every glass that leaves Rosa's counter, there's a journey: Rose's own, trained at a hospitality school and shaped by years of experience managing different venues, where she touched every side of the trade, floor service, kitchen, bar and coctelería. But what really defines her style didn't come from any manual: she's largely self-taught, and loves testing, getting it wrong, and reinventing recipes born straight from her own imagination.
A menu refreshed every six months
Coctelería in Barcelona is never short on creativity, but few places refresh it as consistently as Rosa: every six months, Rose introduces five new cocktails, inspired by her travels, the people around her, and everything life brings her way. Two examples from her latest menu:

Costa Brava : fruity, dry and Mediterranean. Mediterranean gin, white vermouth, peach purée, lemon juice and brut cava.
Foc Català : spiced, smoky and refreshing. Mezcal, apricot liqueur, lime juice, tabasco and angostura.
And the great classics too
Alongside her original creations, Rosa's menu includes every essential classic: Mojito, Aperol and Hugo Spritz, Suze & tonic, Margarita, Espresso Martini, Caipirinha, Pisco Sour, Amaretto Sour, Whisky Sour, Moscow Mule, Paloma... and the Chartreuse Mule, which is, without a doubt, Rose's personal favourite.
A coctelería in Barcelona that explains itself
What sets Rosa's approach apart isn't just the quality of every drink, but the way Rose presents it: always ready to explain what's in a cocktail, why those flavours work together, or to improvise something new if you tell her what you're in the mood for that night.
Come and discover it
Between revisited classics and creations that change with the seasons, there's always a cocktail waiting for you at Rosa. Come, order the one that catches your eye, or simply tell Rose to surprise you.
